All bookings are accepted on the STRICT understanding that the pupil has read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions listed below. 1) The full balance of the crash course fee is payable to the instructor on the 1 st day of the course. 2) Crash Courses Manchester always use fully qualified instructors that will teach you using the methods required to achieve the high standards needed to pass the DSA driving test. Your instructor will not smoke in the car, and will be patient, polite and friendly. 3) You will be required to read a vehicle registration number from a distance of 20.5 metres (67feet). Therefore bring appropriate eyewear if needed. 4) A professional approach is required of the pupil and no abusive behaviour towards the instructor will be tolerated. The course will be terminated and the fee not refunded in such an event. 5) You must not be under the influence of drink or drugs at any time during your course. If we or a representative of Crash Courses Manchester detects any sign of this, then the remainder of the course will be terminated and you will lose all fees paid. 6) If the pupil cancels driving lessons at short notice, then you may have to forfeit those hours. This is at the discretion of your instructor. 7) All courses are based on average learning capabilities and are a guide only. 8) Crash Courses Manchester do not offer a 1 st time pass guarantee. 9) Both you and your instructor will be required to be punctual and reliable. After making contact with your instructor suitable times between the pupil and the instructor will be agreed on including any breaks. 10) The contract of the Crash Course is between the Instructor and the Pupil. The instructor is self employed and therefore any dispute or claims should be taken up with the instructor. Crash Courses Manchester cannot be held liable for any compensation claim from pupils. 11) The assessment lesson will be used to assess the pupils driving capabilities. If the instructor feels that the pupil will not pass the practical driving test within the course booked then the pupil will be offered extra lessons to reach the required standard.
